Seafood: Shrimp and Scallop Kabobs, Fresh Fish with Fruit Salsa, Fish Tacos

Meats: Marinated Tri Tip, Seasoned Ribs, Bratwurst with Sauerkraut, Sweet and Spicy Hot Italian Sausage, Roast with Herbed Dry Rub, Grilled Leg of Lamb, Teriyaki Chicken

Additions: Grilled Marinated Veggie Assortment, Citrus Sesame Tofu, Kabob Medley: seafood, meat and veggie skewers

All barbeques include traditional sides - these may include corn, baked beans, mixed greens with fresh fruit and herbs, potato or pasta salads - and homemade dessert. If you'd like appetizer platters, Smitty's works with you to customize any of the following and we'll try to accommodate any of your ideas: Baked Brie, Stuffed Mushrooms (seasoned breadcrumbs or lump crab meat), Cheese Selection, Veggies with homemade Dip, and a selection of our fine dining appetizers are appropriate "finger food" (please see the dinner menu).
